Dungeon Slimes - June 2017 to Present
Community Manager, Administrator
Managing a team of 20 people who cover a Discord Partnered Community of over 9500 active members growing rapidly. The Community aims to foster an inclusive and welcoming place for people who enjoy or are interested in D&D.Participation and design of regular events to aid member engagement and retainment, overseeing the actions of Event Coordinators, and making public announcements to members. Reviewing user feedback and discussion of viewpoints with the Moderation Team. Responsible for everything in the community from information, rules, internal policies, programs, advertisement, growth, member activation, audience, and research power group.Creation, maintenance, and moderation of 87 text channels, 16 voice channels, 11 categories, and 128 roles. A volunteer cybersecurity project focused on providing resources and services that improve safety across Discord.The primary objective of the Fish project—develop a system that can detect new phishing domains before they are utilized on Discord. By leveraging the expertise of user reviewers and conducting scans on newly registered domains, we can promptly flag and review any suspicious domains within minutes of their registration.

Discord Server Administrator
Discord bot for statistics on the Ubisoft game, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. The bot peaked at 40,000 servers featured in numerous community Discords. Reviewed active feedback and provided support within communities. This project is currently dormant.Discord Guide - October 2016 to August 2019
Server Moderator, User Support
Providing support for Discord users, this Discord Partnered community-run project peaked at 10,000 users with between 100 and 200 new members joining per day. Designing proactive approaches to Server Moderation to catch bad actors, and protect the server from threats. Partaking in content creation of various community-made help articles and supporting the users directly with advice. This project is now defunct.
SteamBot - September 2016 to September 2021
Discord Server Administrator
Discord bot for information taken from Steam API. Engaged with the /r/Steam community Discord to retain feedback for the utilisation of the bot. This bot peaked at 70,000 servers. Currently, the project is dormant awaiting a rewrite between API versions, but the Developer has announced intentions to make this defunct as of November 2020.

Discord Certified Moderator
Known as the DMD—for short—is the Discord-run moderation metaspace (where you can earn a moderation badge), an ecosystem that really makes a difference in contributing to the platform. You can contribute by discussing Moderation, Community Management, the Discord Moderator Academy, and participation in subprograms. DMD is a server for experienced moderators to talk to each other about moderation, the Discord Moderator Ecosystem, or moderation concerns surrounding new (and old) Discord features. Currently, in order to join DMD, you must either pass the DMA Exam and be 18+ years old or graduate from the MMC.Moderator Mentorship Community - October 2021 to May 2023
Moderator Mentor
Known as the MMC for short, it is a Discord program I partake in as a Mentor for young people developing their knowledge of Discord Community Moderation and Management. The program consists of mentors, selected DMD moderators, and mentees, younger moderators aged 13 to 17. The program's purpose is for the mentors to mentor the mentees and provide feedback, support, and guidance to them. Mentees are selected through the DMA Exam process.Discord Partners - June 2021 to Present

Communities that Discord considers to represent the best of Discord, that are thriving, welcoming and inclusive places, which can show a real niche or a classical home, are awarded Discord Partnership. The Discord Partner Program contains opportunities to Network with fellow Discord Partners, feedback on the Discord platform itself, and unique collaborations with Discord.
